Take 5 Oil Change

James was the manager on duty and he was amazing. I needed lots of things done and he worked with me so I got the best deal. Every time he touched my car with an employee around he would ask them if they knew how to do this. Then he’d show them by explaining simply and to the point. As a former teacher, this is exemplary coaching. His employees clearly respected him. They were all smiling and enjoying being there. I even heard him setting up an uber for his employee. Give this guy a bonus or raise because he makes the business better!!

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Joshua and James. Both were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service Joshua and James provided!

jack and joshua were amazing, really sweet & very personable. made me and my friend laugh, while also being very informative and helpful with questions i had about service. they’re also super hard workers. even offered US water, while they had been standing in the heat. thanks guys!! (even double checked under the hood before i left which gave me even more reassurance of a job well done)

New customer at Take 5 Oil Change. Pulled right up and the guy was fast & efficient. Wanted a standard Ford F150 oil change which would have required 5W30 oil. It’s right on the oil filler cap. Once I got home I happened to look at my receipt and it said 5W20 oil! I called and spoke with Haden and he said that he probably just hit the wrong key BUT he was sure he put the right oil in!! Then I looked at my window sticker and it had the same 5W20!! So I drove up there and again he said he put the right oil in but now I’m not sure if he did or not!! I live in Florida and my truck is the eco-boost and that’s just not going to cut it. I wanted to give them a 5 star but after this mess it’s a 1 star.
